my dietician says woman should lose at the rate of 250gm/week. it's sustainable, and lasts longer. so i am pleased. won't tell you when i reach below my first goal. you'll see the fireworks from there..lol

Scroll to the bottom of the list. The bulk add box. Paste it there. Then hit add bulk.

ooohhh! I couldn't figure out what you meant by blue - I see, you mean highlighted? When you right-click for copying, be sure you are over a blue part when you do it.

then paste those into the "bulk add" box under Lickety's list, NOT the "bulk grab" box. Then hit "add bulk" and another little box shows up telling you how many it pasted. Ok that one and you should have it.

Then go to the Lickety page, scroll down to the white Bulk Add box at the bottom, right click and then click paste. Then you have to click on the yellow ADD BULK button
